ABSTRACT
Orthodontic treatment of adult patients does not always remain the ultimate goal for achieving morphological, aesthetic and functional optimum. Often, patients subsequently require aesthetic restorations and restoration of lost dental tissues or the use of larger orthopedic structures. Currently, modern dentistry allows us to implement these tasks by including a whole range of high-quality dental procedures in the work. Competent planning and diagnostics are the key to drawing up a reasonable treatment plan for dental anomalies in accordance with the clinical protocol. At the same time, a team approach helps to achieve higher treatment results and improve the patient’s quality of life, and also helps to prevent possible complications and minimize the risks associated with long-term treatment.
The aim of the study. To evaluate the effectiveness of using clinical protocols in the diagnosis and treatment of dental anomalies in adult patients.
Conclusion.  Based on the obtained results, it can be noted that a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of dental anomalies according to modern clinical protocols significantly expands the possibilities in dentistry and contributes, in full, to the achievement of morphological, aesthetic and functional improvement in the treatment of dental anomalies in adults.
