ABSTRACT
Correction of the level of attached / movable mucosa in the area of installed implants to improve the results of comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with secondary partial adentia.
The aim of the study is to reveal the clinical features of the use of the laser for the correction of the movable mucosa at the stages of orthopedic treatment of partial adentia with fixed structures of dentures based on dental implants.
Objects and methods. The clinical part of the work is based on the results of examination and treatment of 42 patients aged 35–54 years with secondary partial adentia. Correction of the level of attached / movable mucosa in the area of installed implants was carried out by the cut-off method using optical fiber with a diameter of 200 μm, with an output power of 6W in continuous mode.
Results and discussion. At 12–36 months of follow-up, clinically, using the photoprotocol, as well as according to the results of an index assessment, there were no signs of recession, inflammation in the marginal gum, as well as changes in the gingival contour, the level of attached / movable mucosa remained unchanged in patients of both groups.
Conclusion. The use of a laser in the preparatory stages of orthopedic treatment significantly improves the functional results of comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.

Keywords: correction of the level of attached / movable mucosa, non-removable prosthetics based on dental implants, laser dentistry
