ABSTRACT
In the era of minimally invasive implantology, one of the most effective approaches to restoring lost bone tissue may be the use of standard titanium meshes with implant installation and augmentation with bone plastic material. This approach reduces the time required for orthopedic restoration of a missing tooth, and eliminates the need for traumatic autobone collection and the creation of a second surgical wound in the oral cavity.
The aim of the study. To determine the features of diagnostics and comprehensive treatment of patients with partial adentia using standard titanium meshes at the stage of surgical preparation. This article presents a clinical case of treating partial adentia using a standard titanium mesh.
Conclusion. The method of therapeutic and diagnostic measures in patients with bone loss using a standard I-Gen titanium mesh, which is a treatment for partial adentia, is clinically substantiated. This allows to restore the function of the patient’s dental system, and accordingly improve and increase the effectiveness of dental care.
