Restoring the integrity of the dentoalveolar apparatus in the absence of a fixed interalveolar height using the immediate implant loading technique

ABSTRACT
The aim of the study. To evaluate the effectiveness of the combined application of the technique of immediate loading of dental implants and determination of the central position of the jaws using axiography.
Objects and methods. Dental intraosseous implantation was performed in 34 patients aged 36 to 52 years, the average age was 45.4 Ѓ} 1.8 years. Of the examined patients, there were 21 men and 13 women. The main criteria for the selection of patients was the presence of defects in the dentition in combination with a non-fixed central position of the jaws.
Results and discussion. The method of immediate loading of dental implants allows you to accelerate the process of restoring the integrity of the dentofacial system and helps to improve the quality of life of patients. This is especially important in cases of loss of the chewing group of teeth, which leads to the loss of a fixed bite. The use of axiography to determine the required position of the jaws and fixation of central occlusion avoids distant pathological conditions when prosthetics from the temporomandibular joint. The combined use of the immediate loading technique and axiography contributes to the rapid and high-quality restoration of the integrity of the dentofacial system in patients with missing teeth.
Conclusion. Densitometry and periotestometry, as the criteria for choosing the immediate loading method for dental implants, helps to increase the success of treatment and allows to predict a favorable result.
